Job Profile & Responsibilities : 

  • This is a front-line sales position, and is responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets by creating alliances and acquiring new customers through consultative selling of our financial planning package through a defined channel of acquisition [Retail, Corporate, Venue-sales]
  • Prospecting for new customers through local area activities, leaflets, events, worksites
  • Expansion of external relationships, creating alliances and drive sales results
  • Timely execution of all sales activities - campaigns, referrals & any self-generated leads
  • Tracking and reporting sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions
  • Keep up-to-date on products and competition
  • Ensuring all performance standards are met viz. business targets, controls and compliance

Candidates Profile : We are looking for young graduates with dynamic personality who have demonstrated field sales experience, proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, relationship building experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies, excellent communications skills and ability to handle sophisticated customers, passion to delivery exemplary customer service.

  • Mandatory experience of sales for at least 6 months in financial services.
  • Ability to handle sophisticated customers & passion to deliver exemplary customer service.
  • Should be open to traveling anywhere across Mumbai
  • Should be flexible with extensive working hrs.
  • MBA/Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field.
  • Between 22- 28 years of age shall only apply.

Salary : 2.4 Lacs to 4 Lacs per annum fixed + Traveling Reimbursements of Rs. 3000/- per month + Sales Incentives (upto5 Lacs per annum)
