Job Location : Mumbai

Job Profile & Responsibilities : 

  • Assisting RMs in responding to all queries received from clients, prospects, and the sales teams
  • Prepare Month end reports for all clients including special reports like Family Asset Allocation, Performance Reports, etc.
  • Assist clients in managing portfolios which include shares, mutual funds, insurance etc
  • Conduct regular review and analysis on client portfolios.
  • Prepare investment proposal by selecting products with asset allocation approach agreed upon as per the financial plan of the client.
  • Achieves customer service objectives by contributing customer service information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Responsible for end to end customer service of high net worth individuals and assisting the Relationship Manager in in maintaining healthy client relationships.
  • Provide detailed financial product recommendation on Mutual Funds, Direct Equity, FDs & Bonds, PMS Products, Insurance, Tax Advisory and Estate Planning.
  • Coordinate with Relationship Managers for preparing monthly dashboards
  • Keeping the customer relationship management system up-to-date.
  • Keeping an eye out for errors and inconsistencies
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as directed

Candidates Profile 

  • 6 Months -2 years of sales admin/sales support/account management within the financial services arena
  • Degree educated (AFP / CFP preferred)
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Be able to prioritize workloads
  • Show initiative to work alone as well as in a team
  • Proficient with MS-Office

Salary : As per Industry Standards

Additional Details Primarily the individual will support the sales team with generating quotes and inputting orders for existing customers, along with providing customer service support.
The role will be varied and will expose the individual to all aspects of sales and marketing.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized candidate who has the ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment and manage external relationships. You will need to work with great attention to detail and be able to work well in a team as well as on your own initiative. Outstanding communication skills are paramount as you will constantly be communicating with customers and introducers.

JOB DEFINITION

Responsible for providing accurate analyses for new and existing clients as well as handling all sales administration including pricing, query handling, internal documentation and build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the smooth running of all client accounts.
